These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PuzzleForge (the "Service"), a hosted web application for generating puzzle books and "satisfying solve" videos, sold and licensed through WarriorPlus. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PuzzleForge is a hosted, account-based tool. You do not receive source code, installer files, or a license to run the Service on your own hosting — access is provided exclusively through PuzzleForge's servers under an account tied to your purchase. Features, render quotas, and available puzzle formats depend on which product tier(s) you purchased (front-end and any one-time-offer upgrades), as described on the order pages at time of purchase.
Access is granted per the purchase confirmed by WarriorPlus's payment processing (IPN). Each account is for use by the purchasing individual or a single business entity. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share, resell, or sub-license account access unless a specific product tier explicitly grants that right in writing.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to circumvent render quotas, licensing checks, or other technical entitlement controls; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service beyond normal browser use; (c) use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party; (d) resell access to the Service itself (as distinct from reselling puzzle books/content you create with it, which is permitted — see Section 4); or (e) use automated means to overload or abuse the Service's infrastructure.
You own the puzzle files, PNG puzzle-book pages, and MP4 videos you generate using the Service ("Generated Content"), subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the word lists and other inputs you supply being lawfully yours to use. You may sell, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit your Generated Content (for example, as puzzle books on Amazon KDP or as videos on YouTube) without further royalty to PuzzleForge. PuzzleForge retains all rights to the underlying Service — its software, templates, generation engine, and branding — which are licensed to you for use, not sold.
Pricing, included render quotas, and any one-time-offer upgrades are as stated on the order page(s) at the time of purchase and are processed through WarriorPlus. Render quotas are tracked server-side against your account and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. PNG puzzle-book page export does not consume render quota.
Refund eligibility is governed by the money-back guarantee terms stated on the applicable sales page at the time of your purchase. Refund requests are handled per WarriorPlus's buyer protection process and/or by contacting support directly — see the Contact page. Refunds, where granted, result in revocation of account access.
The Service, including its software, generation algorithms, visual design, and documentation, is the property of PuzzleForge and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service itself to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PuzzleForge does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleForge and its owners/operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall PuzzleForge's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
PuzzleForge may suspend or terminate account access for violation of these Terms, including abuse of render quotas or acceptable-use violations. You may stop using the Service at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in Section 6.
PuzzleForge may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — SET BEFORE LAUNCH], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
